Refunds

Default policy — 30-day window confirmed by owner before launch (PRD §11 / §13.5).

If a unit isn't for you, we offer a 30-day, no-questions refund. Reply to your receipt email or write to support@rackrelics.com and we'll process it.

Refunds are handled by Stripe, our merchant of record. Because the free unit and the 14-day trial let you hear the library in your own sessions before paying, we'd rather you try first — but the window is there regardless.
